From here you write or edit your contract invoices templates, print or e-mail your contract confirmations, make pricelists and catalogs, control auto-invoicing and more.
Like writing an invoice, just add first invoice date, billing interval and duration.

• Automated invoicing:
Click Invoices Menu and start the auto process of writing contract invoices that are due (as shown at left). One click on the Print or e-mail button and out they go in bulk, or make last-minute changes or additions if needed.

• Professional-looking contract confirmations
send out contract billing confirmations like the one at left (letterhead not shown). Clients will know what they are going to be billed and how often. Auto billing can be perpetual (no end date) or run until contract ends. Billing can be from weekly right up to annually and even odd dates, where needed.

• Great reports
You get a forward projection of sales based on contracts set up in Auto-Billing for up to 12 months ahead (shown at left).
Another report shows contracts that expire in a selected month, so that you can contact the client with renewal proposals before they buy from someone else.

• Auto billing manager gives you control over your 
billing. It's all tied up with your credit control, so no bills go out to people who pose a credit risk.
